1. The use of the BYEYES services (upload, edit, publish or display of photos and videos, research) implies that the User (reader, advertiser or member) agrees with our Terms of Use, and commits to a good conduct according to the following rules.

2. BYEYES can be accessed by users under eighteen years old. For that reason, no user can publish, edit, upload or display messages containing vocabulary that may be classified as abusive. Please consider this rule and confirm if the vocabulary of all your comments is acceptable.   

3. BYEYES reserves the right to erase any messages without notice, explanation or motive. However the member is entitled to the possibility of introducing a new photo, video or comment, using its legitimate login.  In case of repeated conduct violations, BYEYES reserves the right to ban the User of using the BYEYES services.

4. These Terms of Use are legitimate and valid without the signature of the user. BYEYES reserves the right to alter these terms at any time.

5. The hereby Terms of Use, once accepted by the user, are legally considered as a contract, celebrated between the user and BYEYES. This contract, as well as any interpretation or dispute relative to it, are governed and in accordance with the Portuguese law.   

6. The Portuguese law is the applicable legislation to make an annulment of any dispute.

7. The Lisbon District is the responsible forum to make an annulment of any dispute, meaning that the users expressly accept to renounce to any other forum.
